Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?
Standard online orders ship within 3–4 business days, unless an item is out of stock. If that’s the case, we’ll notify you via email with an estimated ship date.

Custom portrait orders ship within 4–6 weeks. For more details, please refer toyour original agreement.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Hawaii: 1–2 business days

  • U.S. Mainland: 4–6 business days

  • International: 10–12 business days

What shipping methods do you use?
We currently ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated based on USPS’s current pricing and your location.

International Orders: Duties & Taxes
International shipments may incur additional duties and taxes, which are collected by the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of applicable fees.

What happens if my international order is returned?
If your package is returned due to:

  • Refusal to pay duties or taxes

  • Failure to retrieve the item from your local post office

...a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and customs processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tips for a smooth international delivery:

  • Stay in touch with your local customs office for potential fees

  • Track your package regularly

  • Pick up promptly if notified of delivery attempts
