Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in packaging your order securely and with love. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a replacement of the same or comparable item.

To request a return or exchange:

  • Email kat@katreeder.com within 10 days of receiving your order

  • Include photos and a detailed description of the issue

  • All claims are subject to review and approval by The Art of Kat Reeder

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount

  • Recipients are responsible for all return shipping costs

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange for the same item:
